• 48 hours or more before service: Full deposit refunded
• 24-48 hours before service: Deposit refunded at 50%
• Less than 24 hours before service: Deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellations for urgent services incur a £100 fee

5.2 Rapid Service Guarantee

Our response time for urgent services is within 2 hours. If unable to comply due to unexpected events, we offer:

• A 20% discount for the service call
• Priority scheduling for the soonest available time
