Eligible for: Half of the paid deposit

Processing Fee: £15 taken from the refund amount
Conditions: A justified reason is mandatory; additional administrative costs will be incurred
Less than 24 Hours Before Service
Eligible for: Deposit will not be refunded
Exception: We may consider exceptional emergency cases
Alternative: A voucher for services might be offered at the discretion of the management

Emergency Service Guarantee
Our Emergency Response Commitment
We ensure a response time of two hours for emergency plumbing services. Should we fail to honour this commitment:
- Discount: You'll receive a 20% reduction on the call-out charge
- Priority Service: Your case will take precedence for the next available slot
- Credit: A voucher for future emergency use

Medical Emergency Refunds
Emergency Conditions
We are cognizant that medical crises may arise. Under the following conditions, special exceptions may apply:
- Sudden medical emergencies requiring hospital admission
- Loss in the immediate family
- Military service obligations or emergency recalls
- Summons for jury duty or legal orders
- Natural events that impede property access
Requirement for Documentation
For processing emergency-related refunds, please furnish:
- Medical certification or hospital records
- Obituary notice (if relevant)
- Official orders from the military
- Legal summons or jury duty notification
- Official emergency communications or restricted access notices
Processing: Following receipt and verification of the necessary documents, emergency refunds will be executed within 3-5 business days.
Operational Cancellations
Non-availability of Technicians
If the plumber initially assigned to you is unavailable:
- Replacement Technician: We will offer the services of a different qualified professional
- Reschedule: We will reschedule the service at a time convenient for you
- Full Refund: If reassignment is not possible within a 48-hour timeframe
- Compensation: A discount could be proposed for the inconvenience caused
Non-availability of Materials
In the event that necessary materials are not in stock:
- We will attempt to procure alternative materials if feasible
- Adjustments will be made to the project schedule accordingly
- Partial reimbursement for extended delays surpassing 72 hours
- Storage fees might be charged for projects facing extended postponements
